What this site collects
If you use the contact form or the quote calculator, we store what you type: your name, email address, an optional WhatsApp number, your message, and the details of the quote you configured.
There are no analytics cookies and no tracking pixels on this site. We do not build a profile of you, we do not share your details with advertisers, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
What happens to a file you upload
A file uploaded to the calculator is read in memory to count its words and then discarded. It is not written to storage and it is not kept.
If you go on to send us the quote, we store the word and page counts and your contact details — not the file itself. Send the file by email when you are ready for us to work on it.
The live demos
Text you put into the translation or voice demo is sent to the model provider to produce the sample, and generated audio is cached so an identical request is not paid for twice.
To stop one visitor exhausting the demo, we count usage against a one-way hash of your IP address, salted with a secret. The raw address is never stored, and the hash cannot be reversed into a list of visitors.
Who processes your data
Supabase stores the enquiry and quote records. Resend sends the notification email. Stripe processes any deposit you choose to pay, and we never see or store your card details. Anthropic, ElevenLabs, and Fish Audio process demo text on request. Vercel hosts the site.
For client work we use no-training API tiers, and document text is never written to logs.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and quote records are kept while there is an active or prospective project, and for as long as UK tax law requires us to keep records of work invoiced. Ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a project and we will.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. We are a UK-registered business and handle these requests under UK GDPR. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
